Briefly on the following.

Neuro muscular massage. My style with this deep tissue massage is a deep knowledge base of muscles and connective tissue. Great for sports or injuries. Like shoulders, hips, and backs.

Myofascial release. Myo means muscle and the fascia is connective tissue that hold skin to muscle and spinials within soft tissue.  Gentle releasing of these areas  and tigger points is the purpose with this modality.

Reiki  ( ray key)  is Janpanese word. This is a hands on healing of gentle touch and universal dimension of healing.  Second degree Reiki is distance and emotional healing. 

Swedish is overall relaxing with different stroke from flowing strokes, hacking, short strokes and soothing strokes. 

Touch for health, I can identify muscle weakness and work this area. Includes tigger point work and myo release. Can be used for nutrition needs of what weakness body.  This is so brief from something that takes time.

Breathwork is learning to breathe  with a different  level and different techniques for releaseing emotions or blocked energy. Works will with wanting to change something in your life. From career to personal needs.  Cna be used with massage/ bodywork or alone when issue with touch are A problem. A sample can be used with massage. Just know there are a few different techniques.  90 minutes needed for this one.
